Private Investigators Jill Goffin and Colleen Belongea employ their unique skills to fact-find, locate and offer solutions. Both are commissioned Notary Publics and offer in house notary of legal documents.
Jill has a business degree with a concentration in management and more than 20 years of experience in private manufacturing operations management and continuous improvement. She is a Lean Six Sigma practitioner and has been involved with the interviewing, selection and training of new employees. She led the development of corporate loss control protocol for Incident/Accident Investigation and Analysis.
In addition to utilizing Lean tools to solve problems she has conducted due diligence work place investigations and compliance audits for:

► Employee theft
► Falsifying company records
► Discrimination and harassment
► Incident/accident investigation and analysis
► Corrective Action and OSHA Compliance
As a staff sergeant, Jill served with a high level of integrity and achievement for 10 years in the Wisconsin Army National Guard.
Colleen has 22 years of experience as a law enforcement officer and more than 25 years of experience as a Department of Justice Law Enforcement Instructor. She has been involved with Patrol techniques, Use of Force Training and leadership.
Colleen has a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and a Masters Degree in Organizational Behavior and Leadership.
